*Note: When your order is in international transit, it is normal for tracking to not update. Once your order leaves Singapore, the next update will become available after your order arrives in the destination country and completes customs clearance. This process can take from a few days to up to two weeks.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 24 hours and then handed over to our courier partner. Once your order is processed by our courier partner, estimated within 1-3 business days, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

When can I expect for my order to arrive?

Standard Postal Shipping will take approximately 8-15 business days for the UK, 10 - 20 business days for the US, 1.5 to 2.5 weeks for Australia, and 1 week for Singapore. For other countries, the shipping time is estimated 10-20 business days. 

Due to Covid-19, courier services worldwide are experiencing delays. The Standard Shipping delivery time stated above is an estimation. The final delivery time is dependent on the destination country's customs processing and postal service speed.  

How do I track my order?

For standard postal shipping: track your order here.
Once tracking status shows "En route to destination country," please continue to track on you country's national postal service to check the most updated status.
For the UK, track your order here on Royal Mail.
For Australia, track your order here on Aus Post.

Are taxes and duties included in the total order?

Any potential taxes, duties, or import fees associated with the order is not included in the total order and will be shouldered by the customer.

Effective 1 July 2021, all EU orders will be subjected to customs duties regardless of parcel value due to the removal of EUR22 VAT Exemption. Check this link for more information: https://bit.ly/3irf21E.

My order got returned to the shipper! What do I do?

If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failure to collect from local post office or designated facility, or customs issues, please contact us at hello@orchidlens.com. 

My address is incorrect! How do I change it?

If the address provided is incorrect, please contact us immediately as soon as you realize it. We will try our best to update the address. However, if your order is already processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. Please continue tracking your order, and once it reaches the destination country, you can contact your country's national postal service provider and inform them of your address change request.

Can I get a refund/credit/replacement for my wrong address/returned order?

We will process any refund/credit/replacement after the order is returned to our warehouse. Returned order may incur additional shipping or customs fee. Any outstanding tax/duty/customs fee and reshipment fee shall be deducted from the order amount or paid for by the customer. 

I haven’t received any shipping notification. Did my order go through?

If you have not received your order or tracking email, the emails may have arrived in your junk or spam folders, or there may be a typo in your email address. Please contact us at hello@orchidlens.com.
